What this policy covers

This policy covers the processing of personal data in connection with this website and with the preparation of a business relationship. The processing of client data inside an engagement is governed by the engagement contract and the data processing agreement. For applications, the applicant privacy notice applies.

Principle

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics services. No third-party content is loaded, including fonts, maps and videos from external servers. Simply visiting the website does not cause us to collect personal data. That is also why there is no consent dialogue here: there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. For technical reasons the hosting provider logs access in server log files (IP address, time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type). These data serve operation and security only, remain in Switzerland and are deleted after a short period. The hosting provider is bound as a processor.

Contacting us

If you write to us or call us, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to prepare it. The basis is our overriding interest in answering your enquiry and the preparation of a contract. We do not sell these data and do not use them for third-party advertising.

Enquiry form

Our interest page carries a form you can use to write to us. First name, last name, email address and whether you are interested in delegation or in integration are mandatory. Company size and role are optional and may be left empty. We use the information to answer your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to prepare it. The basis is our overriding interest in answering your enquiry and the preparation of a contract.

The form runs on our own hosting in Switzerland. It loads no script, no cookie and no third-party window, and it does not require JavaScript. To protect against automated submissions we store a check value of your IP address for one hour (its hash, not the address itself) and use it to count how many enquiries come from one connection. The value is deleted afterwards.

Your enquiry reaches us as an email in our mailbox hello@aifinance.ag. The sections on recipients and processors and on disclosure abroad apply. We do not currently operate an external booking page.

Recipients and processors

We disclose personal data only where this is necessary for operations or legally required. We use the hosting provider for this website (Switzerland), our provider for email and office software and, within engagements, the services named in the data processing agreement. All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.

Disclosure abroad

Where individual services process data abroad, this happens only in countries with an adequate level of data protection or on the basis of the standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. The services relevant to an engagement are named in the data processing agreement.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods require, in particular the ten-year obligation to retain business records and supporting documents. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Data security

Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to systems and documents is limited to the people who need it for their work and is logged.

Your rights

Under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) you have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, to rectification, to erasure and to the handover or transfer of your data. You may object to processing based on our interest. Please contact hello@aifinance.ag. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We update this policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
