An application is a matter of trust. So we say in advance what happens to your documents.

Which data we process

The information you send us: name, contact details, curriculum vitae, certificates, work samples and whatever else you tell us. In addition, our own notes from conversations. We do not ask for information about religion, health, origin or political views, and we ask you not to send any.

Purpose and basis

We process the data solely to assess your application and to run the process. The basis is the preparation of an employment contract and our interest in a careful selection.

People decide

People decide on your application. We use no system that sorts out or scores applications automatically. For a company that works with agents, that is a deliberate choice: where people are concerned, we look ourselves.

Who sees the documents

Only the people involved in the decision: the founding team and the lead of the area concerned. We do not pass application documents to third parties and do not take up references without asking you first.

Retention

If an application does not lead to employment, we delete the documents after three months. If you would like us to keep your documents for future opportunities, we ask for your consent; you may withdraw it at any time. If you join us, the documents become part of your personnel file.

Where processing takes place

Applications reach us by email and are processed in Switzerland and the European Union. We do not transfer application data to countries without an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification and erasure of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent you have given. A message to bewerbung@aifinance.ag is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
